In general, small desk and wall clocks are $40-60 dollars, full rim clocks are $60-200 depending on size and specific parts, and lamps range from $125-300.

Leo Schmidt Design began with Lampcycle – and Lampcycle began with a bicycle found abandoned in my yard. It had a tired pedestrian frame with tweaked wheels and corroded components, but the idea of just throwing it away seemed somehow wasteful. I became determined to turn it into something special.
Much thought and many sketches later, I began to focus on creating a desk lamp from the front fork. The first lamp was red and black, looked and worked far better than expected, and was quickly purchased by a friend.
I now had a vision of creating beautiful and functional artisan products out of the thousands of older and damaged bicycles that are disposed of each year. More desk lamps followed, then wall clocks, mantle clocks, and other designs. I began to sell these recycled bicycle based creations in galleries under the Lampcycle name.
